We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader. The person we are looking for should be able to lead and coordinate groups of people in a professional and inspiring manner. This person should also be able to plan meaningful and fun age appropriate activities for children. The role will be to help ensure all children receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with stimulating play experiences, which meet their individual needs within the rooms. We need a new practitioner to join our small team which is expanding due to our increasing numbers.  Ideally, qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Early Childhood Studies or similar with 2 years experience in another setting.  Safeguarding is high priority and some knowledge in this area would be advantageous. Posts are available in our Baby Room and Big Toddler Room and we will consider full or part time candidates but they must be happy, enthusiastic, loving and caring. We use Famly software to liaise with parents and experience with this or similar would be useful.   We offer competitive rates of pay, access to the Peoples Pension, 29 days holiday per year and ample free parking.
