Nursery Manager & Nursery Assistant Level 2 /3
Location: Mill Hill NW7
Salary: £24k to £32K per year
Hours: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse and an Nursery Manager for a private nursery setting in Mill Hill.
Qualification Requirements:
Level 2 / 3 or above, Full and Relevant, Qualification in Early Years
The Nursery Assistant Role:
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with children and their families.
- Liaise with parents and other staff members.
- To ensure all children are happy and well cared for and their individual needs are being met.
- Working to maintain Health & Safety and Safeguarding Practices within the setting.
- Creating a fun, safe and warm environment where children can flourish and grow.
- Innovating with activities and constantly challenging your children’s learning and development.
Nursery Manager skills include:
- To contribute to the smooth day to day operation of the nursery and to be accountable to senior management for all aspects of the nursery’s provision.
- NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3+, Level 6 or above preferred
- Experience working as a Nursery Deputy Manager previously in a fast pace, large setting
- Experience of working for a large group of nurseries
- A proven track record in attaining Good or Outstanding OFSTED results under your direct management.
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
You will require a clear, up to date DBS check, or required to do a new one if you do not have one.
