We are recruiting an experienced level 2/3 early years practitioner to work within our baby room. You will be responsible for general day to day running of the room as well as planning to ensure it meets each child's learning goals, their independent learning and encouraging next steps. Hours are 30+hours over 5 days, with some days starting at 7.30am and some finishing at 6pm, all year round.
The ideal candidate will be
*able to play stimulating activities to develop the children to their full potential
*communicate with parents and carers
*responsible for a group of key children
*team player and self motivated to work on own initiative
*confident in speaking to staff
*experienced in working with babies
*level 2/3 qualified
*attend staff meetings
*some knowledge on tapestry (not essential)
*SEN training (not essential)
Wage negotiable due to the level of experience.
