The successful candidates will have to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare - strong communication skills and team-working abilities are essential.
The successful candidate must have a good understanding of:
Children’s development needs and individual learning styles
The importance of supporting children’s transitions
The importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
The importance of supporting your team's personal and professional development
The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
Qualifications & Training:
Minimum SVQ Level 3/ HNC or equivalent.
Experience:
Ideally a minimum 1 years childcare experience
Knowledge:
Pre-Birth to Three

Planning, observations & assessment
Critical Thinking & Creativity
Environment as Third Teacher
