We are all working towards becoming a Curiosity Approach setting – an innovative, exciting pedagogy with so many benefits for the children. Additional training on this will be provided for all staff so it is a great time to join our team.
All essential training and costs such as DBS checks will be paid for by the company.
Wellness is important to us, and we offer discounts on services like massages or yoga classes for staff – we nurture our staff as well as the children. Snacks, fruit, tea and coffee are provided for staff and meetings are catered too. There are additional benefits too for staff.
Monday-Friday, either 8-6, 9-5, 8-1 or 1-6 – open to discussion as to shift pattern.
We are a small home-based childcare setting in East Dulwich, SE22. We have a lovely spacious house with a big garden on a quiet residential street near Peckham Rye park. We are a Spanish Bilingual setting and take children aged 10 months-4 and approximately half the staff are Spanish speakers. We are a fairly new business and there is lots of scope for additional training and progression for ambitious staff. We are in the process of gaining Curiosity Approach accreditation so all staff are learning this new methodology and receive extra training alongside all the other standard courses available. We have an amazing chef who prepares Spanish and South American dishes mainly for the children and for staff to try. Our curriculum is very child-led with In The Moment Planning and a balanced approach to paperwork for staff to ensure the children get as much 121 interaction as possible. We have a large waiting list already and have extremely positive relationships with parents as we get to know all the families well and have a very friendly and dedicated staff team.
