Early Years Educator - Walthamstow, London

Salary: initially £21,840, rising to £23,920 (dependant on progression) for a 40 hour week all year round.

We are looking for an enthusiastic key person with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.

Your role will be to manage a group of key children, supporting their learning and development, building warm relationships with them and their families through conversation and play. You will be working as part of an experienced team to meet the needs of all children at all times.

You will need: 

• to hold a full and relevant early years qualification Level 3 
• to have experience in the key person role 
• to have a strong understanding of the revised EYFS and how to promote children's learning and development 
• to be able to build warm relationships with children and believe in treating them with kindness and respect.
