We are looking for an enthusiastic key person with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
Your role will be to manage a group of key children, supporting their learning and development, building warm relationships with them and their families through conversation and play. You will be working as part of an experienced team to meet the needs of all children at all times.

You will need:
to hold a full and relevant early years qualification Level 3
to have experience in the key person role
to have a strong understanding of the revised EYFS and how to promote children's learning and development
to be able to build warm relationships with children and believe in treating them with kindness and respect.

We are a single operator children's nursery in Walthamstow, East London. We follow In The Moment Planning, and have continuous flow to our garden space and a workshop style provision. We prefer natural and everyday items to plastic toys. Our staff team are friendly, diverse, and very committed to the Early Years!
