We are seeking to recruit a passionate and experienced Nursery Assistant with a level 2 qualification and experience of working with children in a nursery setting.
The successful candidate will have a passion and special interest of working with babies, have effective communication skills and be able to work effectively in a large team. You are required to have an excellent knowledge of child development, safeguarding and be able to demonstrate a high level of practice and knowledge with children.
This post will be based within the nursery and you will be required to work with all age ranges.
This post is 22.5 hours on a Wednesday to Friday and is a maternity cover post for up to 12 months.
To work within a 50 place Day Nursery, caring for children from 3 months to 5 years. The post holder will be required to have a wealth of experience of children ranging from babies to preschool.
The post holder will have an outstanding knowledge of the EYFS and be able to provide exemplary care and education to children and babies.
