We're looking for Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team!

We are looking to recruit a full-time nursery practitioner with a passion for the early years and a nurturing personality which will support our children and their families. Desirable candidates will have a minimum level 2 or 3 (desirable) qualification in childcare, excellent verbal and written communication and experience as a key person.

The role is full-time at 38 hours per week 51 weeks a year (Paid Bank & Christmas Holidays)

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • To work as a Key Person with children aged 0 to 5 years
  • To help create a warm, friendly and stimulating learning environment
  • Provide care and learning opportunities following the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Observing and planning appropriately using the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Maintaining each key child's 'Tapestry'
  • Effectively communicate with Parents, carers, staff and other professionals
  • To work as part of a team of practitioners

All overtime is paid for at your hourly rate and is in excess of your basic salary.

All additional personal training is supported and encouraged. We operate an open door policy and our ethos is very much Happy Staff = Happy Children and we practice this on a daily basis with all our staff.

Personal Induction and a walk and talk through the nursery to put you at ease in your first week and your own personal buddy who will support you on a one on one basis during your beginning months with us.

The salary package is dependent on age and experience.
