Full time Nursery Practitioner role available for a nursery in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Hours:Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
The nursery is a small nursery with only a placement allowance for 26 children (6 babies and 20 2 years - 5 years). They follow the EYFS and mixes it with the Curiosity Approach to learning. Having recently received a complete refurbishment, the nursery is full of curiosities for the children to explore, learn and most importantly, use their imagination for the full. The rooms feel relaxed with natural wood and soft furnishing giving it that homely and secure feel.
They do not provide cheap plastic toys for the children, but natural materials such as wood toys. They believe and work with the belief system that children need to experience textures, mirrors and engaging resources that will fascinate them, in order to develop and their stimulation and growth.
The successful candidate must be aware of the nurseries beliefs, policies and procedures and be willing and able to work following these.
No previous experience of working within and a nursery setting is needed although previous childcare experience would be preferable.
This is a wonderful and fulfilling positon which would be suitable for a Nursery Practitioner who is looking to settle and become part of a new setting, and can offer stability and longevity.
Personal Criteria: You must hold the NVQ Level 3 qualification. The Nursery Practitioner needs to be self-motivated and pro-active. You must also be very organised, excellent at prioritizing chores, a good time keeper, honest and reliable. Excellent references from previous employers.Available for immediate start, must be patient, honest, reliable, diligent and thorough. Energetic with good ethic and strong personality
