We are passionate about putting the children in our care first. When All About Children was established in 2010, we started out with the belief that nothing was more important than delivering outstanding outcomes for children, and we want to work with people who share this belief too.

We would describe ourselves as friendly, open, transparent and informal. We strongly believe in empowering people to do their jobs to the best of their ability by ensuring that they have the right tools and support to achieve this. In line with this, we are proud to say that all of our nurseries are exceptionally well equipped and we have worked hard to create exciting environments to stimulate the children in our care.

In addition to this, we invest heavily in both training opportunities and supporting our colleagues’ aspirations so that each member of our team can fulfil their unique potential with our encouragement and guidance.
