At All My Friends Childcare the Early Years Foundation Stage is led by a Qualified Teacher and Early Years Professional, ably supported by our team of qualified and experienced nursery assistants and play workers.

To underpin the high standards of practice that we expect from every member of the All My Friends Childcare team, we offer in-house training and encourage and support our staff to pursue all aspects of continuous professional development, including relevant external qualifications.

It has always been our aim that members of the All My Friends Childcare team will enjoy satisfying career development that will encourage them to remain with us in the longer term and we are now fortunate to have a very well-established, highly qualified and longstanding team of practitioners to offer better continuity of care for the children who attend our nurseries and clubs.
