Willow Cottage Nurseries are a small, family run chain, in Oxfordshire.  Two of our existing nurseries, obtained an Outstanding award from Ofsted and our third nursery, which opened earlier this year, is working towards the same high standard of childcare.

The directors and management team ensure that the nurseries are well run and we pride ourselves on having a large number of long serving members of staff.  Willow Cottage trains and develops it's staff so that there is a clear career progression.

Across the chain, we are keen to deliver specialist facilities like music and we are very interested in hearing from practitioners who have specific knowledge or expertise. 

Healthy eating is an embedded principle within the nursery and we employ trained chefs to deliver nutritionally balanced meals and snacks for the children in our care. 

We provide parking on site for all of our staff; an Employee Assistance programme; the NEST pension scheme; and a bonus holiday scheme for staff with a clear sickness record.  In addition, we have a yearly pay review and those gaining new qualifications an upgrade in their salary.
