To become a part of our amazing team in the preschool unit. Our setting is set in the lovely countryside surrounded by nature. Our capacity is 28 children which included a 9 place babyroom. The key person role is at the heart of the care of our children as we continue to create a family feel nursery. The job role will consist of working 40 hours per week over 5 days and a 1 hour lunch break is provided. Usual key person responsibilities apply such as : Personal care, nappy changing, planned adult led activities (child's interests),monthly observations, daily app to keep updated, keeping our positive partnership with parents going and becoming a support member of a team. Monthly staff meetings to attend which offer in-house training and room discussion.
