Early Years Practitioner Featured
We are a busy Pre-School and Out of School Club in the middle of Alsager; based in the grounds of Alsager Highfields F.P. School. We currently have a Full or Part Time vacancy within our small childcare team. We are looking for someone energetic, capable and flexible,. Ideally, you will be qualified and experienced, with an up to date knowledge of current legislation and best practice, a thorough understanding of the EYFS and experience of its delivery. Candidates should have a positive attitude toward parent partnerships, inclusive practice, and team work, with a good working knowledge of early years’ development, safeguarding and planning. Applicants must have or be working towards a full and relevant childcare Level 3 qualification, or above, and complete an enhanced CRB check.

Early Years Practitioner
Our ideal candidate will be energetic and highly motivated. It is essential that you can work effectively as part of a small team; we do not have an extensive hierarchy.  Early years qualifications and experience would be advantageous, but not essential, as training and support to qualify will be provided to the right individual. Days and hours of work are negotiable. We are situated in South Cheshire; central for travel daily from Sandbach, Crewe, Congleton, Stoke-on-Trent, and surrounding areas.
