Kiddi Caru has been recognised in the prestigious Centrica Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer list, which is compiled annually by the National Apprenticeship Service and recognises excellence in businesses that employ apprentices. 

They are dedicated in supporting their apprentices to climb the ladder of opportunity to a brighter future. 

They work with local colleges and training providers with the aim to have two apprentices in each nursery, they currently have just over 30 apprentices employed across the 20 Kiddi Caru day nurseries all working towards their NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (Early Years). The apprentices work with the group over two years, enabling them to achieve their NVQs in childcare with the end goal being they are employed with the group as a qualified, full time nursery practitioner. 

Sue Husband, Director of the National Apprenticeship Service comments: “These Top 100 Apprentice Employers are making a different to the lives of their apprentices by investing in their future. In return, apprentices are helping employers to develop a skilled, qualified workforce.” 

Through their apprenticeship scheme, Kiddi Caru can continue to recruit and develop people who will ultimately become full time team members and they are absolutely delighted to see that their commitment is reflected by achieving a position in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list.
